Return Policy

Items may be returned, within 30 days of purchase.  A 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Defective items will be replaced.  The defective item will need to be returned to Sawtooth Mountain Designs before the replacement item can be sent.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, exact shape, size, color and texture cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping

In stock items usually ship within 1-3 days from time of purchase.  If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted via email on the status of your order and estimated date of shipment.

Shipping times are calculated from day of shipment, not day of purchase.

Please inspect all items when you receive your order.  If shipping damage is suspected, please retain all packaging material.  Sawtooth Mountain Designs is not liable for shipping damage; we will assist with filing a claim with the shipping company.  Original packaging material will be required for an inspection by the shipping company when a claim filed.

Sawtooth Mountain Designs accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover for orders made via our online store.

Sawtooth Mountain Designs accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, check and cash for custom orders not processed through our online store.

A transaction fee of 3% will be added to any custom order over $1,000 if payment is made with a credit or debit card.
